Surya Consulting is Adhithi Ravichandran’s practice. There is no layer between you and the person doing the work. A software consultant, author, and speaker based in Kansas City, she has spent 15+ years designing and building scalable, high-performing software, and now works with engineering teams to bring AI into the software development lifecycle deliberately, not bolted on, but built into how work gets planned, reviewed, tested, and shipped.
That means helping teams design AI-assisted workflows end to end: crafting the context and prompts that get reliable output from AI coding tools, building in second-model and human review checkpoints, and rethinking CI/CD so AI-generated code ships with the same rigor as everything else. The goal is always the same: real productivity gains without giving up code quality, security, or long-term reliability.
Beyond client work, she stays active in the broader developer community, teaching Pluralsight courses on applied AI and prompt engineering, built on a foundation of modern web and mobile development (React, React Native, Next.js, GraphQL, Cypress).
