Surya Consulting, Inc. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use suryaconsultinginc.com and how we use it.
Information you provide
When you contact us by email or through the inquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, company, email address, and description of your project. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and related consulting conversations.
AI Engineering Readiness Assessment
You can take the assessment and see your results without giving us any personal information. Your answers stay in your browser until you choose to request the full report.
If you request the report, we receive your first name, email address, and any optional details you choose to share (company, role, and business-context answers), along with your assessment answers and results. We use them to email you the report and playbook, and to keep a record of your request and the choices you made.
Receiving marketing emails and being contacted about consulting services are separate, optional choices. We only do either if you opted in, and you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. We send email through our email provider, Resend, and store submissions with our hosting provider, Netlify. To request access to or deletion of your information, email us at the address below.
Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party links
Our site links to external services such as LinkedIn, Medium, and Pluralsight. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
