Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy a digital product from Surya Consulting, such as the AI-Assisted Development Kit.
These terms apply to digital products sold by Surya Consulting, Inc. (“we”, “us”) on suryaconsultinginc.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
Checkout and payment
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider, whose terms also apply to the transaction. Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered as a download immediately after payment, by a link on the confirmation page and in your receipt email. Products that include a call are scheduled by email after purchase; please book the call within 90 days.
License
The AI-Assisted Development Kit is licensed, not sold. Each purchase covers internal use anywhere in the buying company, including contractors working for it. You may use, copy and modify the templates, and commit adapted versions to your company’s repositories and wiki. You may not share the kit outside your company, or resell, sublicense or redistribute it, or substantially similar copies, as a product or as part of a paid offering. Using the kit in work for your own clients, for example as a consultancy or agency, needs a separate arrangement; email us. The full license is included in the kit as LICENSE.md.
Updates
A kit purchase covers the version available on the purchase date. Future versions are not included unless we choose to send them.
Refunds
If the kit doesn’t help your team, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. For tiers that include a review call, the refund window is 14 days or until the call takes place, whichever comes first.
Invoices
You receive a receipt by email with every purchase. If you need an invoice with your company details, email us after purchase.
No professional advice
Our products are practical engineering templates and guidance. They are not legal, security, compliance or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to your organization’s obligations, ideally with your legal, security and compliance owners. Products are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
